Stay current on service updates, scheduled maintenance, security alerts, and appointment reminders by enrolling in our SMS messaging program.

How to Opt In

To enroll, send a text message containing the word JOIN to (808) 952-6373, or email support@nerdhouse.com with the subject “SMS Opt-In” and your mobile number. We will reply with a confirmation message and add you to the program. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the account holder of the number you provide (or have authorization from the account holder).

What You’ll Receive

  • Service updates (planned maintenance, outages, restoration notices)
  • Security alerts (active incidents that may affect you)
  • Appointment and on-site visit reminders
  • Account communications relevant to your service agreement

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies based on what’s happening with your services. For most clients, that means fewer than 10 messages per month, though it can spike during incidents or maintenance windows. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier; NerdHouse does not charge a fee for the SMS service itself.

Stop or Get Help — Anytime

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We’ll send a single confirmation and stop sending you SMS communications.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@nerdhouse.com / (808) 952-6373.

Privacy & Carrier Notes

NerdHouse does not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages you have requested. Wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
